Created in 2016 by a French Sommelier and an English Gin Lover, C’est Nous is a micro-distillery based in Caen, Normandy.
Using our custom traditional copper alembics, we distill in small batches, using only quality botanical to create aromatic and adaptable products. With experience in the hospitality world, we understand that everyone has different tastes.
That is why it is our aim to only make products that are adaptable - allowing you to enjoy how you want, be it neat, with a mixer or in cocktails. Our hands-on approach ensure quality and care goes into each bottle, making true craft spirits.
