Tasting :
Ruby-red with a violet hue. Young, fruity wine. On the nose, greedy freshness, with an expression of fresh red berries, strawberries, wild strawberries, fresh, juicy cherries. A floral hint of spring flowers gives it an airy impression of great elegance. Fine, supple, harmonious structure on the palate. Very little tannin.
Wine Pairing :
Charcuterie (Rillauds d’Anjou, rillettes, smoked hams, etc.). Dense-fleshed river fish, Pot au feu, Tête de veau, cold or pan-fried black pudding, grilled meats. Beef tartar or carpaccio. Soft cheeses (Reblochon, Brie, Camembert ...)
