Tasting :
Bright ruby-red color. Fleshy floral notes with pronounced aromas of rose and violet and a red fruit character, particularly raspberry. Balanced and fresh on the palate, with soft tannins. Always elegant and enchanting.
Wine Pairing :
Salami, pizza, pasta, veal, pork, and vegetables. Soft cheeses, brie, feta or full-fat goat’s cheese
