Tasting :
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aromas of elderberry, ripe fruit with pear notes. Acidity and flavour are well-balanced with structure and roundness.
Wine Pairing :
Raw fish, salami, risotto, chicken, turkey, and medium ripened cheeses.
