Tasting :
Rich fruit-driven aromas of blackberry, raspberry and mulberry combine complex notes of peppery spice and a subtle cedar like character derived from the sensitive use of oak. Big, rich and bold, this wine is classic Shiraz; it fills the mouth with ripe berry fruits, complex spice and subtle oak notes. The structure is well held together with rich tannins and plenty of flavour.

Enjoy with pastas, turkey, grilled/roasted red meat and lamb.
