Tasting :
Expressive nose of ripe black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and plum, with spicy notes (black pepper, licorice). The initial taste is supple, quickly supported by present and well-integrated tannins. Medium to full-bodied, with a lovely freshness that balances the fruit. Lingering finish, slightly smoky and spicy. A rounder and more accessible style than a Cabernet-oriented Saint-Estèphe, with the structured and mineral signature of the appellation.
